Dispatch Time

We try our utmost to ensure all order received before 12pm are dispatched on the same day. Where this isn't possible orders will be dispatched the following working day.

We do not ship on Weekends, however we do ship on National Holidays except for over the festive period.

UK Mainland Shipping

All UK Mainland orders are dispatched on a fully tracked and signed Royal Mail Service. Our standard service offers 3-5* working day delivery, which can be upgraded to a 1-2** working day express service for a small fee. Please note, Weekends are not included in delivery estimates. We require 1 day to pick, pack and ship your order.

All deliveries require a signature, therefore cannot be left in a 'safe place'. If you choose to have the consignment left in a safe place you assume full responsibility for the safety of the item. We cannot be held liable for losses in this situation. We strongly advise not to use the 'Safe Place' option.
